Paleo Everything Bagels
These crunchy Paleo Everything Bagels are made with minimal ingredients and no gluten, dairy or grains! Yet they still have the bagel crunch we all love.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg whisked for egg wash (optional)
- Everything bagel seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl whisk together eggs, oil, and milk until smooth. Whisk in cream of tartar and baking soda, and then stir in the 3 flours. Stir until well combined--the batter should be thick but moldable.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape into bagels, using a little water on your hands if needed.

Drop each bagel into the boiling water and remove them right after they float to the top (30 seconds or so) and place them on the parchment.

Brush with an egg wash if desired and then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning

Bake for 25-30 minutes and then remove from the oven. Allow to cool and then cut in half and enjoy!
